Thank you HCB! Yes, I'm feeling loads better and I'm 95% settled in the new house. Just waiting to get the bookshelves installed so I can organize the 4 huge boxes with books that I have occupying all the free space in my bedroom 😅 I'm also doing a lot better with the food and that definitely helps my mood.

Thank you Katsolo, I'll try my best as always. And I'll learn to take it one day at a time like HCB says. Sometimes I just get so impatient or bored or moody that I end up giving up on everything. I'm trying to make it different this time. You guys are a lot of help with that. Lots of motivation and support ♥️

I know it sounds weird but stick with it and eventually your body will crave the workouts. Be patient and kind to yourself.
