Finally down to obese class 1. My goal before my birthday which is still more than a week away. This week lost 1.1 kg in total. So over the last 4 weeks the weight loss has gradually increased per week. Very happy with that. My way of eating works for me. It’s not a diet, is a way of eating which means I can stay on it for life. Woo hoo.
Also lost size as I measure weekly too. This week arms and back reduced.
Onwards and downwards. 👏👏👏
