I’ve finally come to the realization that my sleeping schedule is the main variable that’s held me back from seeing any progress this past month. It’s hard to admit because it sucks to know that the effort I put into maintaining a healthier diet, staying in a calorie deficit and regularly working out has all gone to shit because of my late sleeping habits.
But fuck it, i’m gonna start fresh and aim to sleep earlier so that i can finally see some progress. This is also a heads up that if you aren’t seeing any progress, it’s most likely because you’re sleeping late/not getting enough sleep !
