Everything that I ate today. Breakfast: Granny Smith apple with Peanut butter, plain Yogurt topped with dried Cranberries & Sunflower seeds. Lunch: Butternut soup (woolworths ready-made) Afternoon snack: Large Popcorn

How much protein do you get in a day?

I don't eat much meat, I try and eat plant protein like almonds and walnuts only. The pictures that I post is all I eat for that day. O yes, the plain yogurt is also a bit of protein 😋

Just be careful with eating too little protein. It's the most important macro nutrient. There's plenty vegetarian, plant based and vegan protein sources - nuts and yogurt is just not enough protein.
