Shred was going good until yesterday. Monday started off with power outage, but got the workout in after work.
Plans were to start off AM yesterday, but instead, was sick. I think I had been fighting being sick for about a week but I knew I had a big event this past weekend. My body finally said, that's enough. Spent most of yesterday laying around watching tv and I even took a nap when my 2 year old went down. I DO NOT NAP NORMALLY!!!! My husband knew for sure I was sick then. Thought I was better and made a quick trip up to local grocery store last night, luckily it was a close trip. Immodium had worn off working and I almost had an issue. Luckily was able to make it to employee bathroom. I came home and told my husband, maybe I am not quite there yet :)
