Since end November 2021 my health has been a total nightmare! First something popped behind my left knee cap at work, couldn't walk on my leg for a month.Then end of January, had a massive headache at 2am, neer stroke! Diagnosed with hypertension. March...started bleeding at 4am, had to go to emergency, tumor and 2 polyps... tests probing and pricing, bleeding untill end of August, found abnormal cells, had cone biopsy ( 11 biopsies in total)!
Days very, very low energy , headaches on and off.
This month another new wears situation, lower abdomen feeling painful and heavy, cramps in upper legs, lower back pain, soooooo over all this shit!
Trying to loose weight on top of all the crap!
Well let's see how we go, was on 113.3kg a month ago. If only I can feel normal again😮💨
