I am not gonna lie, some days I have to force myself to eat a salad. But then I think about the benefits, it makes it easier🙂

One good thing about a salad is I’m unlikely to try to stick a crusty piece of bread in it😁. A bowl of stew however is another matter entirely 😉

I love stews. I literally follow a recipe and just replace any meat to chicken breast. Def stew weather, you are right!!! I guess I know what I am making today
