i second the chia seed advice. I eat a lot of veggies and a few nuts. That helps me. Also sometimes a combination of magnesium and vitamin C supplements. Nice work on steps. Happy dancing

Hi Liv! Thank you ❤️! I used to eat a lot of nuts but I got tired of them at some point so I don't eat them that much anymore, I'll get back to them. I do eat a lot of veggies though, that's why I don't go fully keto, I like my veggies a lot. I'll check out those supplements, are they pills? I take 15 a day so I'm trying to avoid them as much as I can 🤣

My daughter n law told me to buy on Amazon I wanted to put a picture on here but can’t it’s call good night sleep. You put it on your legs or stomach at night it’s magnesium. And I poop and get a great nights sleep.

Hi, Christina. You are doing very good job, so I am so proud of you. Please keep going for your healthy life. In terms of BM issue, allow me to share what I do for it. I increased physical activities, water and high fiber foods. They worked well. And recently, I added one thing more. It is PROBIOTICS. I am afraid of giving the product name, but I can tell you that benefits of probiotics are amazing. BTW, Chia seed is good for constipation as well. When you take a Chia seed product, you need to drink enough water. I purchased organic Chia seed from on- line because it also helps to control Cholesterol level. I support you. Good luck!

Thank you, JustBananas! I know, dancing is the best!! About the edamames, I love them but they're hard to get here and expensive. Pinto beans are something I can definitely do. I'm actually having a 'burrito bowl' today with beans ♡ I hope that helps

Nice watch and dancing is definitely a fun exercise💃👍. As for me since I'm lactose intolerant, I drink a little bit of milk and my tummy will start rumbling not long after.🤭 I ate sauerkraut for probiotics.😋
