Feel really great so Having day off tomorrow and Monday Saturday will slowly carb up for the big day photo shoot on Monday. Overall a great learning experience and can’t wait for the next stage which is the reverse diet. Cheers everyone and good luck on your journey it’s all about being accountable!!!
