Woke at 218.5, down 1.2 from yesterday. Day four of October FMD. However I have a lunch out today downtown and I have to see if there are salad options. Going out for drinks after hours as well. What I think I’m going to do is extend the FMD throughout the weekend and Monday to wrap up the month. UPDATE: Had a nice lunch, a nice walk afterward, and a nice networking event. Came home at 218.1.
