45 % rem and deep sleep….

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

35 outside this morning….shut the window at 130am last night..on came the heat…lol…but didn’t stop the great sleep…just put music back on…back into my sleep mode…finally crawled outta bed at 430am…and already into my workouts…been slowing my pull downs …slowing down the moves..more intensity…especially noticing it at the end of the st…

65 later today….but it’s taking longer to get warm…usually after lunch…

Need to get ready for breakfast..today is one of the guys birthday at my table…yes there will ne cake…yes I will find a place for it…lol…also my next door neighbor…it’s her birthday as well….

The app…is whoop…I have a whoop tracker…doesn’t count steps,.but tracks so many other things ..I mind important….
