Had a lovely late lunch. Brussel Sprouts, basa and haddock fillets sautéed in garlic butter w/ caramelized onions, avocado and finish with blackberries 'n cream. That was a great meal. I will have a cup tea and may have something light to eat later before my eating window closes. Feeling really well fed! I love "YUMYUM" (my own term) Days!
