I know this isn't the way to lose weight, but it helped before in 2010 with the Atkins 2010 book and program. (My Neurologist recommended it to me to help with partial seizues.) Had a hubby (deceased) that I wanted to impress. Silly. But effective.
May try the silly method again. Tired of being the fat one in group photos.
