I haven't really done anything since my last weigh in so I need to kick butt. I want to lose 20 lbs so there is no eating out until I have lost that amount, if I do go out all I can have is salad.

do you mean no food at all? fasting? Best of luck to you! Protein diets work too, just meat, eggs, and water. You can easily lose a pound a day..although I don't do this anymore, it works for some...

I agree that it is so much harder to keep to lower calories when eating out. Everything just adds up so quickly! Good luck to you on those 20 lbs!
