Wow. I've been letting myself go this past year. I love eating. So the only solution for me: Intermittent Fasting, where I just don't eat at certain times. Hopefully this will help me lose weight and cure my need to eat a lot.

I read that women should be particularly careful though. Any tips and suggestions from those also doing intermittent fasting? What method do you use? How much weight do you lose per day/week? What should I look out for?

i don't do intermittent fasting because i feel like it's not good for my head. but i light change my mind and do it later in ly life. now i Al home all day so it's really straining to keep away from the fridge. i do like to eat a large volume so i find fruit works well for me. the simple apple takes forever to eat so for me simply adding an apple and some nuts to my afternoon snack helps a lot. Vegan whole foods are also great because they are generally lower in calories so you can eat a lot more

You can only benefit from OMAD! Also google autophagy.......a 1000 reasons to do OMAD. Good luck!
