Today is my Day 8 in my routine (P90X). Really wasn't feeling the workout but I did it anyways and afterwards I felt great. Thank god I did it! My eating was on point today. I started journalizing (if that's even a word) everything I eat. No matter how good I eat or keep it healthy I seem to not be able to get results but when I eat the same foods and put them in a journal I get results...not sure why the difference. But it is what works for me. So I will write it down.

You are doing great!!! We always recommend to put in the P90x day DVD even when you don't feel like it and push play. You will always be happy you do! Logging every thing you eat is key! And that's why I love Fat Secret, it makes it real easy. But I do have some recommendations for you. You look like a subway fan, just like me. I would skip the bacon and Avocado and order the Turkey on Whole Wheat Toasted no cheese. Toasted is actuall key...as it helps as the body needs less work to break it down when toasted. And they I load up on all the veggies except lettuce and olives. Subway now has Spinich so I use that instead of the useless lettuce that just ends up falling all over the place anyway. And instead of Honey Mustard, go with Spice or Brown mustard. Honey Mustard has less fat and sugar then Mayo...so you are making a good selecting. But you can do better going with spicy mustard that has very little sugar and I love the taste. Hope this helps. I have some more suggestions like this that I will be posting in the challenge forum.
