Diario di Chancelet, 27 mar 15

Although it seems I had enough sleep, according to my Fitbit (6 hr 52 mins), I truly feel like I could use some coffee today. Unfortunately, because of IBS, I must keep the caffeine away, otherwise the pain is NOT fun. My system could never take much caffeine as I get the shakes, but every nowandthen, I'd like a cup. Now that I know I have irritable bowel syndrome, the little luxury is not worth that amount of pain. :(
