busy day of doing all the things in workland.

next week: i add weight-based exercise along with my step goals.

it is unclear how well my garmin will behave with this change of pace, but i hope it will cooperate. i'm sure it's already confused at my recent burst of consistent use and goal-meeting.

no picture for dinner, but i can assure any interested parties that it was colorful and delicious and maybe i'll remember to take pictures at lunch, since there were leftovers. two stolen bites of hunan chicken and a bite of egg roll complemented my dindin of egg drop soup and vegetables in white sauce and rice.

the quantity of wonton strips in my soup was sufficiently adequate.

most importantly, i still had room for my habit of post-dinner chocolate and this pleases me most of all.

it is the little things that keep a person going.

chocolate is the fuel for my motivation engine.
