Diario di Shanankskii, 15 dic 22

Feeling a bit bad today coz I ate air fried food, I know its not as bad as deep fried food but ate quite a bit and was mainly just carbs and fat lol.. made me feel down afterwards and really tired so had a nap but feeling better now, I noticed eating certain foods and drinking alcohol has a negative impact on me mentally and physically..

Don’t feel too down on yourself. I am having a week like this as well. We just need to keep supporting each other. And try harder tomorrow

Every day is a new day. A new eating lifestyle takes at least several months to establish and you always have slip ups even a year later I just don’t beat myself up over it any more. I shrug it off and look forward not backwards

If it makes you feel any better, I've lost 20kg eating predominantly air-fried pies, chips, and chicken tenders 😁

Thanks everyone for your comments and support, going to keep being positive and making healthy choices as much as I can :) TDX00 I'd like to be able to do that haha I guess I could if I didn't eat too much..
