Diario di Mirej, 27 lug 09

Hi Journal!


So, after a week or so of -rest- from exercise I am feeling better, not sick (or so to say) anymore and decided together with my hun to re-start our exercising tonight. We are still coughing but it looks like it's some virus called ''100 coughs'' that can last up to 3 months?! and there is nothing to take to make it go away... it's a slow proccess... and I guess we both caught that virus and are in the last stage of healing from it... boring stuff yea!

However, we BOTH... lost weight... we are eating significantly LESS. I don't want to mention healthy because I would lie... we have had some BAD cravings during the past couple days and skipped dinner to eat chips and cookies and similar... really bad, but as long as we know what we are doing and consider the calorie intake of everything we eat, we are still on good tracks!

Last night I made myself my lovely TUNA SALAD... and just finished it, I am so proud! I usually eat very good and very low amount of calories during my work shift, but as soon as I get home, it changes somehow and that is the hardest part. I have had pizza, sausages, grilled chicken(which I consider the best side) and other little things like that which don't necessarely make me happy about my nutrition in whole. But I am losing weight and looking better, it works all in my favor so I will not punish myself for allowing my body to get the bad carbs from time to time.

I know the big motivations for healthier food will come again and exercise is re-starting from today on, so all is good!

1 more week and 3 1/2 days of work to go... until my vacation! Woo!
