So last week went well and then the weekend happened, I have lost about 1 kg in last week and gained it all back with a extra 300g after the weekend. Started cycling again so hopefully it will start going better from now on. My goal for this week is to lose 2kgs and yes I know its to much and if i do lose it it is water and so on but at least i will be less and I will not feel so bloated.
