My food log for today will be off track meaning my breakfast log is what I ate for lunch today at work I put it under breakfast cause it was my 1st meal of the day I'm not to much of a breakfast eater don't know if it's cause I eat most of my food late nite altho I do go to the gym the next morning around 6a Other than that I feel great.
