Happy 😃 happy 😃 sunday….
Already did a morning walk thru the hallways…usually ny first walk…after i wake up and move alittle…my legs/knees are stiff and in the red …over trained….should be a day off…but….lol….i just enjoy the workout…i did take 10 pound band off the pulldown resistance bands…be doing more reps..with lighter resistance…hit close to 2 miles yesterday….
A new year begins….a reset with striving to hit new personal records…
Todays plan…same as always move the body…i just enjoy that feeling…when i workout…i feel so much better and getting my 8 hours and some extra…helps my recovery…shutting off my cell alarm..has helped…my whoop vibrates on my wrist when ive had my sleep…im usually awake..just havent crawled outta bed yet…
Well..i want to get a workout in..before breakfast…so…..
