I’m new to the whole wide world of dieting . My RDI is 1600. I am confused as to what I need to do to lose my desired weight . Do I want to eat that full 1600 or do I want to stay under that number . I am 6 days in and being very cautious (because of the app) but I feel like I’m only eating around 1100 cal/day including snacks. Can someone help me out ? TIA :) also, I am seeing cal and kcal. Aren’t they the same thing ? Getting overwhelmed…. Sigh
