Been hitting the gym hard this week and eating 90% good (had a few little treats here and there) and really feel the difference. Funny thing is I'm just noticing more and more just how much weight i had to lose. I may have been in denial before but really i have just so much fat on me. I have a small frame but ive been hiding it under these layers of chub for far too long. I am not guna stop till I see the change i want :)
