2 mile run plus 2 mile fast walk nixed a good chunk of that stupid Wendys food I ate. I was out in the world with out my usual prepared lunch today and had to get something . Oh well, first time I have had fast food like that in a looooong time. Did it taste good? Of course it did....thats whay so many Americans are so heavy! This experience cemented this though, The food that I cook tastes better, is better for me and fills me up better than fast food fare.This aint braggin', this is FACT.
