Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…

Slept 11 hours last night..like what’s going on….it was nice…but….just don’t sleep that long less I’m sick…maybe my body is telling me something I’m not aware of….I was up at 3am..long enough to p….and back to sleep….it’s 6am now…hope that doesn’t become a habit…I have to say I’m rested…but feel like I’m behind on daily routine…lol…haven’t even had a sip of ☕️ yet….lol..

Well….need to get to moving….

Our bodies use sleep time for healing and repair work. It doesn’t do well when you eat late at night because it has to continue the process of digestion and put its other duties on the back burner

I'm jealous, I can barely get 7 in. Unless I pass out from exhaustion then 8. Good for you!!

Getting enough sleep is a habit like everything….you have to go to bed at same time or close…to create that habit….
