So... seeing as I am Paying for the subscription to this app. I have decided to do the intermitant fasting plan that they offer. 1200 RDI
. Today was my first day... however, I ended my fast late since I was super busy. I didn't eat lunch just breakfast and supper (18.5 hrs). But the meals weren't bad. it's just disappointing that they don't have much variety, and if you want to do the meal plan the next week, it is the same foods. I'm sure it will become monotonous. but I'll give it a go. it's way easier not having to think of portions and foods yourself and you can plan ahead, shopping wise.
I must say I enjoyed my breakfast. greek yoghurt oats and blue berries, I cooked my oats and it was yummm
