no pictures for a while; no excuses beyond sheer laziness on my part.
convention last week, vacation starting this week; it's been a real test of my resolve.
but, i'm still tracking away. still logging.
still eating like the trash panda i am.
but, at least i'm able to justify the trash by saying it fits in my calorie count.
i've been exercising more and that seems to help. i now start feeling weird if i can't exercise in some way, even if it's a long walk.
hopefully that feeling sticks.
