why are you following keto diet? are you able to eat something at social gatherings?

i just eat the protein, non veg or paneer, and avoid everything else at functions. keto works amazingly well for me and i love keto food which helps :)

I tried keto for around a month, and it didn't suit me. Plus I think the major benefit of keto is that it keeps you satiated, but otherwise any other normal diet with portion control works just fine. Plus I can eat keto food in my normal diet, but keto people can't eat normal food.

But I don't eat non veg, so I only had paneer and egg.

it's not worth doing keto for anything less than 3 months imho. it takes a fair bit of discipline to maintain but you will have to eat enormous quantities of paneer
