It is 3 minutes to midnight as I do the fancy narrator voice over in my head & I did good today.
There was no walk today as I hoped because my right hip “went out” yesterday during my time outside. When it happens it’s like a knife. At one point I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to stand up off the potty. Screaming with my mouth clamped shut as I turn in bed. But as it usually goes, was better & not hurting this morning. Wasn’t about to rehash it so soon tho. Maybe tomorrow, but not as far- not on the gravel road/drive.
Intake today was Under 1200 calories but a little higher than the 800 I want to aim for. But I did good. I did not gorge. I need confetti or something I can celebrate each day I behave. . Confetti on a string. Cause I’m too lazy to clean it up after. 🎉 There’s my confetti =)
