Diario di MrsTofu, 15 lug 11

I was bad at brunch. I know I've busted my RDI for the day, but I am going to try and get back on track today instead of waiting for tomorrow to do better. I wasn't able to keep track of the calories I ate during brunch- I ate cereal and milk, some cheese and some watermelon. I will try to keep lunch to 300 calories or less and dinner to 400 calories or less.
