Annoyed that Nike Run+ app for Android is so glitchy. I wish I could better track my runs. I know that my pace is really improving by simple math. It's not hard for me now to stay below 10:00 over distance, actually closer to a 9:00, breakaway intervals below 8:00 and 7:00. Being lighter, eating protein, proper pre-run fuel, and hydrating sufficiently really made a difference for me. 40-something miles per week and I feel good. Not fatigued, no joint pain.
