goooooood monday mornin....weight is comin back down once again...guessin it was just water weight...but who really knows...back from my morning weight routine...an 45 min of cardio...decided its time to give my body a shock for a change...45 min of weights and then 45 min of cardio on treadmill ...hill program as always...alot is going on now...to much some days...heat advisory again today...have several things to do ..might just use the telephone to do my errands an stick inside the house as much as i can...not sure right now...would rather go out an do my errands..get me outta the house an moving more...o well...time to get fluids back in an take a short break....have a great one...
