My food journal is public. So everyone can see exactly what my ingredients & calorie breakdown/macros are. This is 2 chicken breasts diced that was cooked in the air fryer. It's lightly seasoned with 3 tbsp of Yoshida's sauce, Chinese 5 spice, onion powder, salt & pepper. And a mixture of sauteed spinach and steam broccoli on the side.
