so I made my goal of 180. I'm so excited 😊. so now my final goal is gonna be 165. so far so good .
81,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 21,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Congrats!! How long did it take you?? I started my fitness journey when my doc appt post partum scale said 225lbs at 5'2.5" (i usually say 5'3") its been 3years and i havent seen 180 yet

Dazey_is_Healing It's been about 4 years. I slowly started going up in weight after my fall in 2019. Going through physical therapy and surgery put me down when it came to exercise. So I had to start with diet alone . And doing upper body exercises and just move around as much as I could. I'd not eat past 7. And would eat small meals but make them mostly fruits and vegetables.
