Last night, I made the best rainbow salad I could with the ingredients I had: spinach, orange slices, apple slices, banana slices, and a blueberry yogurt-covered pretzel that was blue. My husband ate the beets and blueberries before I got home from work:/ The funny thing was we all ate the salad without dressing! It was fun and good. Then we followed with grilled asparagus steak. It was a great meal!
