MY FINAL ATTEMPT TO THE BODY I WANT.

I am done with calorie restriction diet! Anything between 500 and 1200 calories per day. I just can not do it anymore!

For more than 30 years I was always on some sort of diet! With not even maintaining my weight. Slowly but surely my weight crept up 15kg more over the past 30 years and this while I was working out on average of 3 days per week with weights and doing different types of cardio for 30-60min / day. And the kicker s I wa a personal trainer with clients achieving their goals but I couldn’t do it.

SO I MADE A PROMISE TO MYSELF.!!

This year I am going to stop diet, stop doing cardio and just do weight training 5x per week consistently.
