My journey began with a lot of prayer. Asking for the strength and fortitude to do accomplish my goals. Down now about 117 lbs. You can do this if you find your why and a never ending amount of discipline. Also program your mind moving forward with 2 things. That are not easy but are not impossible. First and most important is just win the day. Each day try to be better than the previous one. It won't always happen because we're all human. But consistency is the key in this. 2nd is don't compare yourself to anyone else anymore moving forward. Just be the best you that you can be. It's literally you versus yourself each day.
