Hi everyone. Finally coming back with hopefully a more positive out look. Spent the time studying different diets and why my last attempt wasn’t working I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted but why. My caloric intake weekly was generally in the 900’s on a 1200 diet. Wasn’t starving but weight loss really wasn’t going anywhere even with logging every possible thing that passed my lips. Not a sweet eater - was not eating pastas or breads but why ? After a lot of contemplating and studying have decided to go back on a keto diet with a better understanding. I hope !!! Tomorrow again will be my uptepth (probably spelt wrong) start day

lose weight when I get down to 20g carbs a day. It starts to fall off at that point. Is it possible your carbs are too high - it shows here you're averaging 100g carb a day. For me even having cream in my coffee instead of milk has an impact. I'm soooo carb sensitive. Just to add: my macros are 75%fat, 20% protein, 5% net carb. And I only lose weight if I stay at that level. xx All the best for your fresh start. I know the feels bruh. Had a few of them myself.

your struggle sounds familiar. I recently started waiting til after 9:30 for breakfast (Paleo-style) and then added MCT oil powder and am FINALLY seeing some progress. Read up on it, maybe that will help you.

Good for you for doing research. I follow a high protein, ( 100-125 g) low carb( 80-100 g) and moderate fat (30-50 g) WOE and find it works for me. Best of luck!👍

Good luck! I am doing low carb but not quite keto. It has made a huge difference for me. I am also doing a calorie defiency. Just remember what works for one person might not work for you. You have to do what feels good to you, works for you, and what is realistic for you. Keep at it. You will succeed.
