OUUUUUUCHHHHH! Can you say "DOMS"? delayed onset muscle soreness
Did not think I overdid it yesterday, but apparently I did. Glutes, Hams, Quads, Abs are not happy with me today! Also exhibiting flu like symptoms last night (fever, chills)... my son says I just overdid it... he is so sympathetic... NOT! Eating plenty of protein today , drinking water, will implement some active movement therapy..walking... and maybe an epsom salt bath when I return. Wish me luck!

Felt much better Friday morning after a 1 mile walk followed by epsom salt bath Thursday night, and feeling pretty good this Saturday morning. Still trying to shake whatever this bug is I have. Fever and chills were gone Friday, only to be replaced by a constant cough caused by throat drainage. Again, have not been sick since Jan 2014, so cant help but think surgery somehow weakened my immune system. This is twice sick in 3 weeks! I know I was slightly anemic when I left the hospital , but the doc seemed convinced that would clear up as soon as I started eating something besides hospital food.
