I have been AWOL and it will probably continue like that for the next few weeks. I find that I don't have enough time to do the things I want to do - so, I have been giving priority to some of those other important things that I need to do for peace of mind and for charting/understanding my journey and for working. The good news is I am getting better sleep. The bad news is that my journaling sometimes falls through the cracks. I remain committed! Things have a way of sorting themselves out so that I can get back to the promises I made to myself about keeping track. I had an entire day of meeting today - talking strategy again. I forgot to eat lunch but made up for it with dinner. I hope you are all having a wonderful day and a wonderful week just in case I don't get here. Be golden!!!

Jenn, as you know I also forget to eat when I get involved in things, usually not my job though LOL! We all have times when being on the internet is not a priority. Keep up with your plan, jump on here when you get a chance. Your weight graph is a bit down..good for you!

Ditto. I feel like I'm neglecting my buddies but honestly the everyday stress of life just gets in the way sometimes! We all do our best, and connecting every now and then keeps us mindful that we have the support of others who face the same challenges. Hang in there and keep at it!
