Thank you both, getting more sleep. Workouts have been soft though, but that will rebound. Just cleared all my debt, kind of in a euphoric state over this fact...Been so many years kissing large portions of a paycheck goodbye, now suddenly???!!! What to do?

Way to go on all counts Bruce Wayne, especially the sleep. Everything goes better with sleep. Be good to yourself, but there’s lots of secure place you can put found money starting with keeping your RSP’s topped up - make it count. You won’t ever regret it. Enjoy your sleep :) DV
