Sometimes I’ll mix up the fruit a little: 584 calories, 88 grams of protein, 71 grams of carbs: 185 grams of frozen strawberries, 195 grams 0% fat Greek yogurt, 153 grams frozen pineapple chunks, 147 grams frozen red raspberries, 1tsp Psyllium fiber, 6 scoops strawberry amino energy , 1 scoop jet puffed protein powder, 1 scoop strawberries and cream whey isolate.
