Yesterday was a total bust. Had to go to town to get things and ended up going out to lunch. I didn't even get on the elliptical! SO...

Today starts my new diet and exercise regimen. Hope I can stick to it! :)
I have decided to to the Slim Fast diet, plus take a garcinia cambogia supplement.

I just got off of the elliptical. I did a 30 minute session. I am feeling WONDERFUL! Hope the feeling lasts all day, as I have a house in need of a lot of attention. (I'm actually hoping I stay busy today, that way I don't get to looking at all the wonderful food in the house. :P )
