I feel AWESOME right now! :) Just completed an awesome 30 minute session on the elliptical. Today is my day that I do at least two 30 minute sessions and I am hoping the next one is just as wonderful. :) It feels good to feel good. Now to keep this up and shed the loathsome pounds. I need to lose at least 50 pounds by Thanksgiving, when I am taking a family vacation. And if I can lose 75 pounds by January, because I MIGHT be taking a trip to Cancun, then that would be superb! I need to keep this mindset. I know that it is sometimes hard to do that, but I have got to conquer my mind and tell it that FOOD is not always a GOOD thing and it is my ENEMY. It is my enemy because I let it be. My biggest sin is GLUTTONY and I need to stop letting it rule my life. I have two beautiful daughters that I want to watch grow up and have children of their own. I don't want to continue to lose weight and die a premature death because of health problems related to my obesity. I am losing weight, not only so I can feel better about myself, but for my children. And that reason alone is the only reason I need to keep pushing forward! So, please keep me in your thoughts and prayers, as I am on this journey.
