What a difference a month makes. May I set a goal to workout 7 days a week and boy was it worth it. For June, I will set my intention to increase my endurance and cardio with the treadmill. (I hate the treadmill but I’m going to force myself to love it 😊)

I hate treadmill too. I get bored pretty easily so sometimes I'll do 5 min on treadmill, elliptical, and bike just to mix up my warm up a bit..

I don't hate the treadmill, but I do make it more interesting by listening to music while I walk. I have playlists on my iPod or connect my phone with Bluetooth & play Pandora. I also start at 0 elevation & keep ramping it up every few minutes. I walk 35 minutes, including the 5 minute cooldown.

Rock on! you're like the incredible shrinking lady who's kicking booty daily. Keep it up and post again in another month. I'll be watching for the next progress picture! :)

The weather is nice now in most places— get outside and walk instead of using a treadmill. Activities done outside are also very good for our mental health— you know— sun, fresh air.

great job! audiobooks or movies can make the treadmill much more enjoyable if you can't make it outside!

Thank you @everyone for you kind words! Some of you suggested I go outside to workout, I wish but unfortunately I have horrible allergies. But I did buy a bike recently so hopefully the quick movement won’t allow too much pollen to settle in my nose 😂
