Surprised that yesterday, I actually felt full for once. I double checked the calories and it's correct. I really think the pita bread is what helped, since that's the only difference in my diet. This morning I caved in to my old salty breakfast craving, so I'll make it up to myself at dinner. Got to stop sleeping so much though. Getting old can be annoying!
