Gym-goers, do you weigh more after workouts? Does it drop?

It depends on different factors, you normally weigh less due to water loss through sweating, but then you drink much more water after so it can be go either way really.

I train fasted so my body burns the energy that has been stored overnight in the liver and muscles and, if I get things right, some fat. Combine that with the sweating, I weigh less. But only until my next meal unless I am well into a calorie deficit period.

But you may find in the early days that your body will hold water and you will suffer some inflammation as part of the repairing/growing process and recomposition in general which will show as slight weigh gain. 🤔 lots to consider ! 🙂
