so I haven't wrote or posted in a few but I'm really proud of myself. I am almost to my goal of 165 from over 200 lbs. between surgeries on ankles and this gastrointestinal issues I have its been a slow change but a change for the better. for the longest I thought I'd never lose it I tried so many things I'm glad I found this site its alot of inspiration.
